Refund policy


**NO REFUNDS - NO EXCEPTIONS

**WE WILL ISSUE ONLY STORE CREDITS 

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDITS MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Not all Merchandise may be returned Only items with manufactured defects must be returned within 5 business days of receipt
  • Due to COVID-19 (ALL Outerwear Athleisure Gym Wear Hats and Sunglasses Cannot Be Returned). We Believe In the Wellness Health and Safety of All Customers
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed and must not be altered in anyway. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled.
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Items without the original manufacturer’s packing, labels and or tags will be subject to non-approval for returns
  • To file a damaged goods return claim, please send an email no later than 3 days in receipt of your package to: tlangscloset@gmail.com and we will do our very best to respond within 72 hours
  • Non-returnable merchandise includes final sale products, sunglasses, athleisure wear and hats
  • We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear
  • TLang’s Closet Boutique only accepts items with manufacture’s defects for exchange or store credit if the particular items are still available online
  • Customers are responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to TLang’s Closet Boutique
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • TLang’s Closet Boutique diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit

 

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

  • Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

 WHEN MAKING A RETURN:

  • Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, parts & accessories) within 3 days from the date you received your package no exceptions to receive full credit
  • Be sure to include your original invoice with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you can't send the invoice, just include your order number, billing name & address, and reason on a Note card with your return.
  • Write “Reason for Return” on the back of your invoice.
  • Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
